Occupational Therapy
Empowering children, teens, young adults and adults to build independence and perform a wide range of daily living activities through occupational therapy services.

Occupational Therapy Assessments
We provide comprehensive assessments to understand your abilities, challenges, and goals. These assessments help identify strategies to support skills such as self-care, play, leisure, productivity, and fine and gross motor development, while enhancing participation at home, school, work, and in the community. Examples may include observations at home or school, semi-structured interviews, and the use of standardised occupational therapy assessments.

Occupational Therapy Intervention
Following the assessment, we work with you to set meaningful goals and deliver personalised interventions designed to build skills, promote independence, and support your unique needs. Our intervention approaches are strength-based, evidence-based, and collaborative.
Curious About Occupational Therapy?
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupation means the activities you do in everyday life. In short, Occupational Therapists
(OTs) look at these categories of activities:
- Self-care (e.g., dressing, showering, toileting, personal hygiene)
- Mobility (e.g., moving safely indoors and outdoors)
- Domestic and community activities (e.g., community access, money management, cleaning, laundry)
- Social participation
- Education
- Play and Leisure
- Productivity (e.g., classroom learning, writing and handwriting, work and employment)
OTs assess a person’s occupations, roles, activities, tasks, and environment. They identify the factors that enable or hinder participation and performance, and they adapt or structure activities to support success—regardless of a person’s health condition or diagnosis. They also recommend practical strategies and supports to help people take part in the activities that are most meaningful in their daily lives.
How can Occupational Therapy help?
Everyone’s goals are different, and OT meets you where you are.
Across the lifespan, people experience changes in development, health, and ageing. Occupational Therapy supports individuals at any stage of life to build skills, adapt to challenges, and participate more fully in everyday activities.
For example, OT can help to:
- Develop play, social, fine and gross motor skills through play-based or activity-based therapy
- Improve self-care and daily living routines through capacity building or assistive technology
- Enhance participation at home, school, work, and in the community using cognitive, sensory, or emotional regulation strategies
